I'm a product designer who has worked across the full design lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, in settings ranging from early-stage startups to agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
At startups, I’ve worn many hats: designing fundraising materials, crafting product experiences, and creating marketing campaigns. I also have experience navigating the complexities of regulated industries like finance and healthcare.
I’m a hands-on, collaborative partner who thrives in environments that value curiosity, iteration, and asking “why.” While I'm open to both short and long term work, I do my best as an embedded team member in longer term engagements where I can drive deeper impact.
2019-Present
I started taking freelance projects during a year traveling abroad in Asia in 2019. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of companies from insurance to restaurants in all aspects of identity and experience design.
2020-2022
As the founding designer and Head of Design & Strategy at Bee, I helped bring the mortgage process to mobile. Bee’s mission is to build the first end-to-end mobile mortgage experience from shopping through closing.
I joined the team in 2020 and brought the initial concept of Bee through several iterations to its beta launch in 2022. As the first designer and full-time hire, I got comfortable flying solo and working nimbly. I was responsible for every aspect of design at the company and worked closely with the CEO and COO to manage operations, processes, and fundraising.
My work spanned across three different digital products (consumer mobile app, internal web app, and real estate agent app). From designing the interfaces to organizing the people, processes, and systems to support it.
2016-2018
My work in financial services began on Capital One’s design team as a senior designer. I led end-to-end design efforts from research and strategy through launch and rapid iteration. This included working on products in the home and auto lending departments as well as company-wide initiatives to integrate human-centered design into Capital One’s culture.
2014-2016
Razorfish is a digital agency where I had the opportunity to work on large scale ecommerce redesigns for multi-channel retail companies like ASICS, Discount Tire and Home Depot Canada. My role on the UX team focused on information architecture and interaction design, with close collaboration with clients, analysts, and developers.
2014
Aptitude is a contracting market for healthcare supplies, some call it the “eBay for the medical industry”. I joined their small design team a year after its launch, where I helped iterate and ship new features and refine their customer onboarding process.
